Quality you can rely on

I love designing and building humidors.

I would like to think I am a seasoned expert woodworking craftsman. I will NEVER sell a humidor that I would not consider “A” to “A+” work. These humidors are hand built and not made by a machine. Of course, if you are not satisfied with your humidor, please contact me.

Timing

Under normal circumstances, a humidor order will be completed within 4-6 weeks of starting.

This is a general guideline. Sometimes it’s faster, especially for travel humidors. Sometimes it might be a little longer. If you have a specific in-hand date in mind, please let me know when you place an order.

All wood is DIFFERENT

Wood species can look similar, but they can also be very unique, even within the same species.

Ex: one piece of Walnut might not look like another. If you have a very specific grain, figure, shade, etc. in mind, please let me know. I do my best to pick only the nicest boards I can find, and I take pride in making sure the boards used for the humidor are cut into blanks in the best format possible.

Deposits

Deposits are generally non-refundable

When you place a deposit for a humidor, that money is used to secure your “spot” and helps to cover some of the upfront wood costs that are sometimes incurred if I have to order a special piece in vs. having one already in stock. This is a “good faith” deposit that should be understood to be non-refundable, especially once the humidor build has begun. Having said this, if problems arise, please let me know and I’ll do my best to work with you. At the end of the day, I want everyone who places an order for one of my humidors to be nothing but satisfied.

Included accessories

Cigar humidor accessories included with my humidors are subject to change at any time.

The only reasons why something would change is because of supply chain issues, or product availability. Ex: I used to supply Boveda® Butler digital hygrometers with all desktop cigar humidors. Boveda® discontinued the Butler line, leaving me no choice but to change the included hygrometer. Since then, Cigars International bought the rights to the Butler and rebranded it the “CI Smart Sensor”. Since I have already moved on to a new (and better) digital hygrometer, I won’t be going back. If you have a need or request for specific products(s) to be used or included, please let me know.
